12.炸到一面发硬,再翻面继续炸

烫的面不能太软也不能太硬,不软不硬最好
这样炸出的糖糕都鼓鼓的,好看好吃
面烫的不好,炸出来的就是一个饼子
不鼓鼓的口感也不好
要小火慢炸
